In 1881 Sarah Reynolds, aged 53, born in Crowan, and husband Samuel Reynolds, aged 55, born in Crowan, farmer of 14 acres, were in Skewis, Crowan. Present were daughters Sarah J. Williams (31) and Mary Thomas (26), both married, daughter Emily Reynolds (13) of Crowan, scholar, grandsons William J. Thomas (5) and Sydney Thomas (1), both of Perranarworthal.
