DEATH OF MR. W. GEORGE, MULLION.
We regret to announce the death of Mr. William Mitchell George, of the Supply Stores, Mullion, who passed away at Truro Infirmary on Thursday night after a serious operation.
Deceased, who was only 51 years of age, was very popular. He was for many years president of the Reading Room, and by his administrative ability saved it from serious financial difficulty. For all deserving charities and needy institutions his services were unreservedly given. Great sympathy is felt for Mrs. George and the two sons and two daughters.
