In 1841 Ann Blewet, aged about 35, born in the county, miner, was living in Bolennowe, Camborne, Cornwall. With her were daughters Elizabeth (10), mine girl, Ann (8), Mary (6), Martha (4) and Harriet (3 months).

In 1851 Ann Blewett, aged 50, miner's widow (day work), was living in Bolenowe, Camborne. With her were daughters (born in Camborne): Ann (18), mine girl, Mary (16), mine girl, Martha (14), mine girl, Harriett (9).

In 1861 Ann Blewit, aged 61, born in Camborne, widow, mine labourer, was living in Bolenowe, Camborne. With her were daughters (born in Camborne, unmarried) Mary (24), mine labourer, and Harriet (20), mine labourer. Daughter Martha Bosanko and her family were nextdoor.

In 1871 Ann Blewit, aged 71, born in Camborne, widow, office . . . . . . . , was in Bolenaw, Camborne. With her were daughters (born in Camborne, unmarried) Mary (30), mine labourer at surface, and Harriet (26), mine labourer at surface.

Ann Blewett of Bolennowe died aged 75 years (burial record). Age recorded as 72 in the GROE death index, which is correct.

Anne married William Blewett, son of Richard Blewett of Croft Michell and Elizabeth Fine, on 26 Nov 1829 in Camborne, Cornwall. (William Blewett was christened on 23 May 1802 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 29 Jun 1840 in Camborne, Cornwall, aged 39 years.)
