In December 1897 Frank Henry Jeffree was present at the marriage of his brother William John Jeffree to Lily Emily Jarrett in Grangetown, Cardiff.

In 1901 Frank Jeffree, aged 27, born in Erith Kent, C. E. draughtsman, and wife Maud M. Jeffree, born in Jersey, were living at 26 College Ave., Gillingham, Kent.

In 1911 Frank Henry Jeffree, aged 37, born in Erith, civil engineering assistant, and wife of 10 years Maud Mary Jeffree, aged 35, born in Jersey (mother of 6 children, 1 deceased), were living at Kelbrook, Stanley Road, Woodford, Essex.
