In 1871 Mary Vivian, aged 74, born in Ruan Major, and husband John Vivian, aged 79, born in Gwinear, retired merchant, were living at Roseworthy Hill, Camborne. With them was daughter Mary H. B. Hambly (48) of Gwinear, annuitant.
