a) Reversion of Carnvorth in Crenver, about one quarter of Crenver with Trewheela's house and garden in Crenver on death of William Williams.
b) House and garden and Parkhale close, then in two fields containing 2 acres. Moor under this, three quarters acre, Parkanbewgey and garden adjoining Little Moor, one quarter acre and Little Croft with half of East part of town place in Carnvorth and half of Mowhay to the west with barn and common of pasture. Formerly belonged to John Bosanko and John Mean, then William Williams, one eighth of Crenver alias Crenforth and Carnworth.
Timber, minerals, stone quarries, watercourses reserved. a) to be held after death of William Williams during lives of 2) aged 43, his wife Philippa, aged 39 and their son William, aged 10. b) to be held for the same three lives, 2) to build house within 15 months, length 30 feet, breadth 20 feet, height 12 feet with four ground rooms and five chambers with one window in each room, three feet square, walls to be two feet thick. To cost at least £100.
Freehold lease for Counterpart. Term: 3 lives, partly reversionary. Surrender of 2 former leases of 1750 and 1784 of Carnvorth, £300.

I William Vivian of Crenver in the parish of Crowan and County of Cornwall being of sound judgment and in my right mind Declare this to be my last Will and Testament —
First commending my Soul to God Do hereby give and bequeath unto Phillippa my wife, after my decease All and singular my Goods, Chattles and Effects of every description after discharging my Debts and the Expenses of my Burial. To have and to Hold the same to her own use during her life and full power to give and dispose of the same or the residue thereof by Will or otherwise to our children and Grand children as she shall at any time think proper. Witness my hand this ninth day of July One thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
