In 1871 Joseph V. Harvey, aged 36, born in Camborne Cornwall, and wife Maria Harvey, aged 38, born in Hayle Cornwall, were living at 26 Frederica St., Cardiff St. Mary, Glamorgan, Wales. With them were Maria (8) of Hayle, Thomas G (6) of Cardiff, scholar, and Philip V (3) of Cardiff, scholar.
