In 1901 Thomas H. R. Laity, aged 23, born in Colenso Cornwall, assurance agent, and wife Annie Laity, aged 25, born in Helston Cornwall, were living at 22 Panlee Street, Penzance, Cornwall. With them was daughter Lilian Annie Banfield (8 mo) of Penzance.
