In 1841 Ann Laity, aged 9, born in the county, was with her grandfather Henry Rosewarne, farmer, in Porthcolumb, St. Erth, Cornwall.

In 1851 Ann Laity, aged 18, born in St. Erth, unmarried, draper's assistant, was lodging in Basset St., Camborne, Cornwall.

In 1861 Ann Phillips, aged 30, born in St. Earth Cornwall, and husband Alfred Phillips, aged 34, born in Camborne Cornwall, gun maker, were living at 6 Westbourne Pl., Paddington, Middlesex. With them was daughter Ellen (2) of Bermondsey in Surrey.

In 1871 Anne Phillips, aged 38, born in St. Earth, and husband Alfred Phillips, aged 43, born in Camborne, gun actioner, were living at 4 Carlton Terrace, Paddington, Middlesex. With them were daughter Ellen (12) of Bermondsey Middlesex, sister Kate Laity (24), unmarried, draper's assistant.

In 1881 Anne Phillips, aged 40 [sic], born in St. Earth, and husband Alfred Phillips, aged 51, born in Poole, mechanical tool maker, were living at 15 Hawthorne Terrace, Hammersmith, London.

In 1901 Anne Phillips, aged 68, born in St. Earth, and husband Alfred Phillips, aged 71, born in Camborne, retired gun maker, were living at 62 Askew Rd., Hammersmith, London. With them was daughter Nelly (42) of Peckham London, school governess.
