RICHARD CORY, deceased, Pursuant to the provisions of the "Trusts Act 1915", notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the estate of Richard Cory, late of Oscar House, in the City of Cardiff, Wales, Esquire, deceased, who died on the 20th day of September, 1914, and an exemplification of the probate of whose will with 12 codicils thereto, granted out of the District Probate Registry at Llandaff, of his Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 4th day of January, 1915, to Beatrice Cory, Theodore John Cory, Robert Wilberforce Cory, Richard Penrose Kernick, and Richard Morgan, the executors appointed by the said will and codicils, was sealed by the Supreme Court of Victoria on the 2nd day of February, 1916, on the application of Lachlan Kenneth Scobie Mackinnon, of 120 William Street, Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, solicitor, the duly authorised attorney under power of the said executors, are hereby required to send particulars of such claims to the said Lachlan Kenneth Scobie Mackinnon, at 120 William Street, Melbourne, aforesaid, on or before the 11th day of March, 1916; and notice is hereby given that after such lastmentioned date, the said Lachlan Kenneth Scobie Mackinnon will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, or forward same to the said executors for that purpose, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice, and the said Lachlan Kenneth Scobie Mackinnon shall not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed or dealt with to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
