In 1911 Livingstone Tippet, aged 36, born in Islington London, and wife of 5 years Alice Emma Tippet, aged 31, born in Penzance Cornwall (mother of 2 children), were living at "Cottesloe," Hadley Road, New Barnet, Herts. With them were children (born in Barnet Vale Hertfordshire) Charles Richard Mason (4) and George Livingstone Mason (3).
In May 1921 Livingstone Tippet, bank clerk, was granted Administration of the personal effects of his late brother Walter Vivian Tippet of New Southgate.
In the 1939 Register Livingstone Tippet (b. 6 Apr 1874), retired bank official, and wife Alice E. Tippet (b. 23 Mar 1880), unpaid domestic duties, were at "Forthbank" Rosslyn Lyonsdown Avenue, New Barnet, Herts.

Livingstone married Alice Emma Mason, daughter of Charles Mason and Martha Knight, on 30 May 1905 at the Wesleyan Chapel, Penzance, Cornwall. (Alice Emma Mason was born on 23 Mar 1880 in Penzance, Cornwall, and died on 19 Jan 1960 at 14 Queens Rd., Worthing, Sussex, England, aged 79 years.)
