The marriage of Mr. Percival James Gilbert of Connor Downs, and Miss Ursula Smith, daughter of Mrs. James Smith, of Riverside, Angarrack, Hayle, was solemnised at Wall Wesleyan Chapel on Sunday by the Rev. Bursdell M. Mudd. The bride, who was attired in a white silk dress with white chip hat trimmed with white tulle and orange blossoms, was given away by her nephew, Mr. James Smith, of Chacewater, and Mr. Edwin Laity acted as best man. The bridesmaids were Mrs. James Smith (Chacewater) and Mrs. William Smith (Connor Downs). After the ceremony the bridal pair left for Falmouth, where the honeymoon will be spent.
