Gives & bequeaths £8 to his son Thomas Treloar.
Gives & bequeaths £12 to his son Bennet Treloar.
Gives & bequeaths £7 to his daughter Johan the wife of John Tresall.
Gives & bequeaths 5 shillings to his daughter Mary the wife of Allexander Carnbellack.
Gives & bequeaths 40 shillings to his daughter Patience the wife of James Collings and their children.
Gives & bequeaths 20 shillings to Daniel Wearne and his three children.
Gives & bequeaths 10 shillings to his sister Jane Nichoall.
Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Thomasin.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his eldest son John Treloar whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
