In 1841 Ann Northey, aged about 55, born in the county, Ind[ependent], was living in Seveock, Kenwyn, Cornwall. With her were James Northey (20), miner, Samuel Northey (15), miner, Mathew Northey (15), miner, and Francis Northey (15), miner.

In 1851 Ann Northey, aged 67, born in Kenwyn, widow, pauper, was with her daughter Anney Lowey and her family at Seveock Water, Kenwyn.

In 1861 Ann Northey, aged 70, born in Kea Cornwall, widow, was with her stepson* James Lowey, tin miner, in Seveock, Kenwyn.

Ann married Josiah Northey, son of James Northey and Elizabeth Pascoe, on 23 Oct 1805 in Kea, Cornwall 1. (Josiah Northey was born about 1786 in Kenwyn, Cornwall, christened 7 Jan 1787 in Kenwyn, Cornwall, and was buried on 26 Feb 1828 in Kenwyn, Cornwall, aged 42 years.)
