In 1881, William Terril (18) of Camborne, tin miner, was with his parents in Troon, Camborne, Cornwall.

In 1910, William Terrill (47) of England, foreman in a smelter, and wife of 24 years Amelia (42) of Michigan (mother of 4 children, 1 deceased), were living in Great Falls, Ward 4, Cascade, Montana. Present were sons Clarance (18) of Michigan, laborer in furniture industry, Frank E. (7) of Montana, nephew Albert Terrill* (23) of Michigan.

* Albert was the son of William's brother Stephen.

In 1920, William Terrill (57) of England, foreman in a copper smelter, and wife Amelia C. (51) of Michigan, were living in Great Falls Ward 1, Cascade, Montana. Present were sons Frank J (or I) (18) of Montana, Arthur H. (31) of Michigan, dentist, married, daughter-in-law Lillian M. Terrill (30) of Minnesota, grandsons Arthur J. Terrill (4y 8m) and William A. Terrill (1y 1m), both born in Montana.

In 1930, William Terrill (68) of England, weigher in a smelter, and wife Amelia (62) of Michigan, were living in Great Falls, Cascade, Montana. Present were son Arthur H.
