"Ithaca - Private funeral services will be conducted Monday in the Wagner funeral home for Mrs. Albena H. Barkell, 76, formerly of 423 East State street, who died yesterday in Conklin Sanitorium. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
Survivors include a son, William J. Barkell, Ithaca; a granddaughter, Miss Ruth Ann Barkell of Ithaca; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Trethewey and Miss Bertha Humphrys, both of Detroit, and Mrs. Ida Cadwell of Pottstown, Pa.; a brother, Russell Humphrys, of Detroit, and two nephews." 4
