Will of Richard Eustice, Mine Agent, of Camborne.
Written: 27 Feb 1851 Proved: 23 May 1851
This is the Last Will and Testament by Me Richard Eustice of the parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall Mine Agent I give and bequeath my house and premises where I now reside all my ready money household furniture goods chattels plate linen china glass books together with all other description or property I am now or may be possessed of at the time of my decease unto my dear wife Grace Eustice for and during her natural life and after her decease I will and direct that the same shall be converted into money and divided between my children as follows viz To my son William Eustice I give and bequeath seventy five pounds sterling To my daughter Grace Eustice I give and bequeath seventy five pounds To my son Richard Eustice I give and bequeath seventy five pounds To my son John Eustice I give and bequeath fifty pounds and to my daughter Ann Richards I give and bequeath fifty pounds The Residue of ---?--- should there be any after the above devision be made I will and direct that the same be distributed between my aforesaid children in the same proportion as the other that is to say to my son William Eustice and daughter Grace Eustice I give and bequeath one half & ninth again of my property as I give and bequeath to either of my other children But should the proceeds of sale of my property after the decease of my dear wife not amount to three hundred pounds then I will and direct that the sum whatever it may be shall be divided between my aforementioned children in the like proportion as previously named But should any or either of my children be dead at the time of the decease of my said wife leaving issue then as to the share of my child so ---?--- as aforesaid I give and bequeath the same to his or her child or children if more than one share and share alike and if one then wholly to that one child but should either of my said children be dead at the decease of my said wife leaving no issue then it is my Will and intention that his or her share to which he or she would have been entitled if living shall be divided between the surviving children And I hereby nominate and appoint my said son William Eustice and wife Grace Eustice Executor & Executrix of this my Will and I revoke all former Wills heretofore by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of February one thousand eight hundred & fifty one - Richard Eustice - Signed sealed published and declared by the said Richard Eustice the testator as and to be this last Will & Testament in the presence of us who in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses - ---?--- P---- - ---?--- Carnsew - ---?--- ---?--- Cornwall Proved at London 23rd day of May 1851 before the Judge by the oaths of William Eustice the son and Grace Eustice Widow the Relict the Executors to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer. 5
