     Catherine daughter of Walter Nickolls of West Hoathley, labourer, and Barbara (baptismal record) -------------------------- At the time of the 1861 England Census Catherine Nickols, age 11, born in West Hoathly, was with her brother Walter Nickols, age 21, agricultural labourer, in Bow Cottage, West Hoathly, Sussex. Also present were siblings Alfred (18), agricultural labourer, and Sarah (14), along with nephew Alfred Nickolls (2) of East Grinstead Sussex. At the time of the 1871 England Census Catherine Nickollls, age 21, born in West Hoathly, was working as a domestic servant for the family of John Hubbard in Park Lane, Tottenham, Middlesex. -------------------------- Catharine Hayward, wife of Sampson Hayward formerly foreman builder, died of mitral disease of the heart and shock, aged 73 years,  K.
