In 1861, Ann Bennetts (33) of Pengigan, copper dresser, was with her widowed mother in Centenary St., Camborne.

In 1871, Ann Oatey (43) of Camborne, staymaker, widow, was living in Trelowarren St., Camborne. Present were [step]children (born in Camborne): Elizabeth J. (21), dressmaker, William (19), tin miner at surface, Alice (15), dressmaker

In 1881, Ann Moffatt (53) of Camborne, widow, was living in 38 Centenary St., Camborne. Present were son-in-law* William Oatey (29) of Camborne, tin miner, and two boarders.

* In this instance, son-in-law signifies step-son.

In 1891, Ann Moffat (63) of Camborne, widow, house keeper, was living in Centenary St., Camborne. Present were sister Jane Bennetts (57), and two boarders.

In 1901, Ann Moffat (73) of Camborne, widow, was living in Camborne.

Anne married John OATEY, son of William OATEY of Gwinear Downs and Alice RODDA, on 17 Jul 1862 in Camborne, Cornwall. (John OATEY was born in 1821 in Gwinear, Cornwall, christened on 19 Aug 1821 in Gwinear, Cornwall and died in 1870 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
