In 1900, Frederick H. Rule (41) of Wisconsin, dentist, and wife of 14 years Clara M. (36) of Iowa, were living in Ackley town, Etna Twp., Hardin, Iowa. Present were two children (born in IA): Addie L. (11), Otis O. (8), both at school
