In 1851, Stephen Eddy (Jnr) (32) of Camborne, miller & farmer of 27 acres employing 3 labourers, and wife Mary (35) of Camborne, were living in Rosewarne Downs, Camborne. Present were daughters (born in Camborne): Nanny R. (7), scholar, Mary (1), Catherine P. (6m), and four servants.
In 1861, Stephen Eddy (42) of Camborne, widower, clerk, was living in Angarrack, Phillack. Present were children (all born in Camborne except James): Nannice R. (17), Mary (11), Cathe. P. (10), scholar, Jane R. (9), scholar, Stephen (7), scholar, John (5), scholar, James (1) of Phillack, visitor Eliza Eddy (17) of Camborne. [Eliza was Stephen's half-sister].
