Full and free liberty licence power and authority to dig work mine and search for tin tin ore copper copper ore lead lead ore and all other metals and minerals whatsoever in and throughout all that piece or parcel of land or ground situate lying and being in the parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall hereinafter specified and described (that is to say) from the western end of the dwelling house now in the occupation of William Dunstone [Dunstan] situate at Tucking Mill [Tuckingmill] in the said parish of Illogan to a stone set up in a field or inclosure in the same parish now in the occupation of Solomon Burrall near the main river there and from thence to a certain other stone set up on the eastern side of the lane leading from four lanes to Cook's Kitchen mine called Dudnance lane being one hundred and fifty fathoms in length and from thence to join with the south east boundary of Cherry Garden sett being twenty fathoms...

Abstract of the Will of Joseph Vivian of Mount Pleasant in the Parish of Camborne and County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 16 Jul 1827, proved 5 Feb 1828. 5
Gives to his wife Ann Vivian his lands, tenements, hereditaments, premises, goods, chattels, monies and effects, for her to dispose of between his children Nicholas Vivian, Hannah Lugg the wife of William Lugg, and Eliza the wife of Samuel Rawlings, all of Camborne.
Appoints his wife Ann Vivian sole executrix of his last will and testament.
