In 1871, Nicholas Langdon (36) of St. Agnes, grocer, was widowed and living on Pendarvis Street in Camborne. At home were children Charles V. (5) of Redruth, scholar, Ellen V. (4) of Tucking Mill, scholar. Present also were niece Elizabeth Tredinnick (25) of St. Agnes, unmarried, her son William Angell Tredinnick (2) of Tuckingmill, niece Frances Tredinnick (22) of Tuckingmill

In 1881, Nicholas Langdon (46) of St. Agnes, grocer & draper, was remarried to Maria (37) of Somerset, and living at 79 Pendarves St., Camborne. Present were children: Charles (15) of Redruth, William (11) of Camborne, Sydney (5) of Camborne, Howard (2) of Camborne

Nicholas married Ellen Vivian THOMAS, daughter of William THOMAS and Mary VIVIAN, on 21 Dec 1864 in Tuckingmill, Camborne, Cornwall. (Ellen Vivian THOMAS was born in 1843 in Camborne, Cornwall and died in 1869 in Redruth District, Cornwall.)
