In 1818 Nicholas Tredinnick was a beneficiary of the will of his maternal grandfather Richard Nicholls of Phillack, who left Nicholas £20.

In 1841 Nicholas Tredinnick, aged 55, born in the county, copper mine agent, and wife Mary, aged 45, born in the county, were living in Town, Camborne, Cornwall. With them were children Nicholas (20), engineer, Richard (20), banker's clerk, Thomas (15), mine clerk, John (15), Mary (14), Joseph (11), Hannah (8)

In 1851 Nicholas Tredinnick, aged 65, born in St. Erth Cornwall, copper mine agent, and wife Mary Tredinnick, aged 58, born in Tiverton Devonshire, were living in New Road, Camborne. With them were daughters Mary (23) of St. Ives, Hannah (18) of Camborne.

Abstract of the Will of Nicholas Tredinnick of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Mine Agent, written 10 Aug 1850, proved 19 Jul 1855. 4

Appoints John Rule of Park Bracket in the parish of Camborne, Esquire, executor of his will, giving to him his freehold estates and personal property, in trust, for the use of his wife Mary and his (youngest) daughters Mary and Hannah Jones while they remain unmarried.

On 9 May 1855 the said executor, John Rule of Park Bracket, Esquire, renounced executorship, directing that Administration of the goods, chattels & credits of Nicholas Tredinnick be granted to Mary Tredinnick his widow.
