Gives and bequeaths to her four daughters Elizabeth Kempthorne, Catherine Kempthorne, Jane Kempthorne and Ursula Kempthorne her leasehold tenement called Penkestle. After their marriage or death she gives the same to her two sons.
Also gives to her four daughters two beds and bedding and a quarter part of her other household goods.
All the rest of her goods, chattels and effects she gives and bequeaths to her son Thomas Warren Kempthorne, appointing him the sole executor of her last will and testament.
