Abstract of the Will of Robert Kempthorne of the Parish of Manaccan in the County of Cornwall, Shipwright, written 23 Aug 1845, proved 3 Jun 1847. 2

Gives and bequeaths to his niece Susan Troon* wife of William Troon his leasehold estate called Penkestle.

Gives and bequeaths to Richard Vague, shipwright, his freehold dwelling in Treath but commonly called Helford in the parish of Manaccan.

Gives and bequeaths to his nephew Thomas Warren Kempthorne his dwelling house in Helford which adjoins to Richard Vague's house.

Gives £19 to Susan Roberts.

Requests his nephew Thomas Rowe Roberts to assist the executrix with the performance of his will.

All the rest of his personal and real estate he gives to his niece Susan Troon, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
