Abstract of the Will of Cyprus Michell of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Farmer, written 21 May 1838, proved 28 Dec 1838. 6
Gives £10 to his wife in case she marries again. If she remains unmarried, then she has full possession and all the profits from his property until his youngest child turns twenty-one. Thereafter she is to receive an annuity of £8 during her widowhood.
Appoints his brother William Michel, mine agent, and William's son Joseph Michel, co-executors in trust of his will.
