Gives and bequeaths £5 each to Joseph Parsons, Thomas Parsons, Alice Neale and Mary Lockey, the four children of his brother Thomas Parsons.
Gives and bequeaths £40 to his kinswoman Margaret Sturrell who is currently living with him, to be paid to her when she reaches the age of twenty-one years.
Gives 20 shillings to his man-servant Francis Clifford and 10 shillings to his maid Margaret Beckett.
Gives 40 shillings to secure an apprenticeship for a poor child of the parish of Wroughton, according to the discretion of his executrix.
Makes and ordains his wife Anne Parsons the sole executrix of his last will and testament, to whom he gives and bequeaths all the rest of his goods and chattels.
