(Samuel TEMBY was born in 1835 in Crowan, Cornwall, christened on 19 Jul 1835 in Crowan, Cornwall ¹, died on 6 Oct 1904 in 50 William St., Norwood, Adelaide, S.A., Australia and was buried on 8 Oct 1904 in West Terrace Cemetery, Adelaide, S.A., Australia.)
