Gives a shilling each to his children John Eva, Christopher Eva and Alice the wife of Michael Tonking.
Gives 5 shillings to his daughter Katherine Eva and to each of her children a ewe lamb and a stock of bees.
Gives to his son-in-law Henry Cock all his lands, tenements and estate called Nanterrow in the parish of Gwithian, to have and to hold for the duration of the lease.
All the rest of his goods, chattels and personal estate he gives to his grandson, Anthony Cock, son of the said Henry Cock, appointing Anthony the sole executor of his last will and testament.
