Abstract of the Will of Alice Stodden of the Parish of Gunwalloe in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 10 May 1837, proved 30 May 1837. 2
Gives to her son Thomas Stodden her clock and silver milk cup.
Gives to her grandson Thomas Freeman one twelfth part in a mackerel . . . . . . . at Gunwalloe.
Gives to her grandson Edward Freeman her large china bowl.
Gives to her granddaughter Mary Freeman her wainscott chest of drawers blue bedstead and hangings.
All the rest of her household goods and furniture, along with her undivided third part in leasehold premises at Tolpons and Porthleven in the parish of Sithney now occupied by John Pascoe, Thomas Jacka, Solomon Rowe and the said Thomas Stodden, she gives to the said Edward Freeman upon trust, to sell the remainder of her household goods and pay the interest from her leasehold premises to her son Thomas Stodden and grandson Thomas Freeman.
Appoints the said Edward Freeman executor in trust of her last will and testament.
