"THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me MARGARET BOHLSEN of Number 36 Rose Street Darlington near Sydney in the State of New South Wales. I revoke all former Wills and Appoint The Reverend Frederick Thomas Trivett of St. Albans Church Abercrombie Street Redfern near Sydney aforesaid to be the Executor of this my Will. I desire that my body may be removed to the funeral parlors of Messrs. P. Byrnes & Co. of George Street West, Sydney undertakers and may move from there and that my body be buried alongside of or in the same grave as the body of my late husband Charles Wilson at Rookwood and that my funeral and burial arrangements may be carried out by Messrs. P. Byrnes & Co. I bequeath the following legacies namely to the said Reverend Frederick thomas Trivett the sum of one hundred pounds. To Mrs. Edith Bingley of 33 Rose Street Darlington aforesaid the sum of Fifty pounds. To the Church Wardens for the time being of St. Albans Church aforesaid the sum of one hundred pounds to be applied by them in reduction of any debt over such church or in the improvement of such church or in any other manner for the benefit of such church as they may think fit and I exonerate my executor from seeing to the application of such money and declare that the receipt of the persons or person purporting to act as such Church Warden or wardens shall be a sufficient discharge. I give my household furniture linen china glass books provisions and other household effects and wearing apparel to Mrs. Elizabeth Dalgleish of 46 Rose Street Darlington. I devise my property known as No. 36 Rose Street Darlington aforesaid and in which I at present reside to the said Elizabeth Dalgleish for her life and from and after her death to her son Frederick Dalgleish. I devise my shop and premises at the corner of Rose and Calder Streets Darlington aforesaid to my husband Henry Bohlsen for his life he to keep the same in good repair and insured against damage or destruction by fire and paying the rates and taxes chargeable against the same and on his death I direct the same shall become part of my residuary estate. I direct that all legacies, devises, and bequests under this my Will or any Codicil to the same shall be free from Probate or legacy duty testamentary or other charges. I devise and bequeath the rest of my property real and personal to my said Executor Upon trust to sell collect and convert into money and after payment thereon of all costs and expenses in connection with such sale and conversion and my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the pecuniary legacies hereinbefore bequeathed or bequeathed by any Codicil to this my Will and of the whole of the Probate or Legacy duty payable in respect to my estate and testamentary charges to divide the net proceeds equally between the Sydney Hospital the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and St. Vincents Hospital of Darlinghurst Sydney and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other Officer acting in that capacity for the time being of each such institution shall be a good and sufficient discharge to my executor. BY ACT OF COURT Probate of the Will of the said deceased was granted to Frederick Thomas Trivett of 110 Darlington Road Darlington, Clerk, in Holy Orders, the sole Executor named in the said Will. Testator died at Camperdown 13th March 1909. Estate sworn at £2120.8.6. net (Holdsworth & Son)." 5
