The Historia Pontificum et Comitum Engolismensis names "Pontia filia Comitis de Marcha" as wife of Comte Vulgrin [II] and mother of his successor. Her descendants ultimately inherited the county of la Marche after the death of her nephew Audebert [IV]. 2
