The Gesta Ambaziensium names "Agnete" as the wife of Sulpice [II] but does not give her origin. A history of Amboise written at Marmoutier records that “Hugo dominus Ambaziæ” arranged the marriage of “Supplicio filio suo” and “Agnetem filiam Hervei de Danzeio”.

The necrology of Pontlevoy records the death "VI Non Mar" of "Agnes domina Ambazie". 2
