No. 582 of 1944.—Between MYRTLE OLIVE BRIDGMAN, Plaintiff, and WALTER CHARLES BRIDGMAN, Defendant.—To Walter Charles Bridgman.— Notice is hereby given to Walter Charles Bridgman, whose last known address was near Alexandra, in the State of Victoria, that a writ has been issued in the Supreme Court of South Australia in an action in which his wife, Myrtle Olive Bridgman, claims an order for divorce on the ground of his desertion for a period of three years, and in such action his wife Intends to ask for an order for custody of one of the children, and if the said Walter Charles Bridgman desires to be heard in opposition to the claim for any of such orders he must FILE an APPEARANCE in the office of the Master of the Supreme Court of South Australia within thirty days of the publication of this advertisement, otherwise orders may be made against him in his absence.
