The Livro Velho names "Nuno Vasques e D. Orraca Vasques" as the children of "D. Vasco Pires Veirom", son of "D. Pedro Fernandes", and his unnamed wife, adding that Urraca married "D. Vasco Fernão Pires Pelegrim irmão dos Lumiares" and listing their children. It should be noted that the Nobiliario of Pedro Conde de Barcelos names "D. Urraca Nuñez" as the child of "D. Nuno Perez de Bragança" and his wife "D. Elvira Mendez", adding in a later passage that "D. Fernan Perez Pelegrin" married as his first wife "doña Urraca Nuñez de Bragança". However, her patronymic indicates that she was presumably the daughter of Vasco. ¹
