Does not appear in the 1841 Census; however, there is no entry in the GROE Death Index for a Henry Rule dying in the Redruth district between 1837 and 1841, so he may have been down a mine at the time of the Census. He was deceased by 1851.

Henry married Jane (Jenefer) BAWDEN, daughter of Christopher BAWDEN Newton Moor and Anne EUDEY, on 3 Jan 1824 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Jane (Jenefer) BAWDEN was christened on 17 Jul 1796 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
