   Marriage Notes:

"CROWE-TEMBY.

A wedding which created a greet deal of interest, owing to the contracting parties (Miss F. Temby. youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs C. Temby, and Mr. Lindsay Crowe, eldest son of Mrs Crowe, both of Traralgon, being so well known in Traralgon, and the many occasions on which they have willingly given their services in a musical capacity to help any local movement, or any patriotic or charitable gathering, was celebrated in the Methodist Church on Saturday aftornoon last. Miss Temby has for many yearn been organist at the Church, and Mr. Lindsay Crowe choirmaster. There was a large attendance to wItness the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. W. H. Scurr, assisted by Rev. H. C. Kent. The interior of the sacred edifice was very prettily decorated for the occasion by a couple of lady friends of the bride. As the bride entered the church on the arm of her father, Mr C. Temby, by whom she was given away. Miss Mabel Crowe sang, "The Voice that breathed o'er Eden," very nicely, Mr B. Carey presiding at the organ....

...Miss Ward (Melbourne) acted as bridesmaid.... Mr Miller Crowe was best man...." 5
