In 1891 Alice Neale, aged 31, born in Little Bedwyn Wiltshire, single, was working as a nurse in Godalming Surrey. Alice's younger sister Sarah Elizabeth was at the same address.

In August 1892 Alice Neale was present at the marriage of her sister Sarah Elizabeth Neale to James Peto in Great Bedwyn Wilts.

In 1911 Alice Scriven, aged 51, born in Bedwyn Wilts (no children) and husband of 13 years William Albert Scriven, aged 48, born in Lansing Sussex, plumber & painter, were living in Hazelgarth Grove Road Sandown Hampshire.

In the 1939 Register Alice Scriven (b. 12 Jul 1859), widowed, incapacitated, was at The Rectory, Fretherne, Saul, Gloucester, Gloucestershire.
