In 1884, Percival Pepperell was a witness at the marriage of his brother Philip Henry to Charlotte Lear.

In 1891, Percival A. E. Pepperell (28) of Stokefleming, tailor, and wife Ina A. (24) of Dartmouth, were living in Foss St., Dartmouth. Present were children (born in Dartmouth): Mabel (3), Philip (1)

In 1898, Percival Edward Pepperell was a witness at the marriage of his sister Mary Ann to John George Ashton.
