In 1841, Elizabeth Shepherd (40), publican, was living in Fore St., Redruth. Present were children: Samuel (15), copper miner, Mary (15), Anna (14), Agnes (12). Present also were Agnes Stephens (12), George Stephens (10), Emma Stephens (6), Thomas Stephens (2)

In 1851, Elizabeth Shephard (52) of Redruth, pork curer, widow, was living in Ford's Row, Redruth. Present were daughter Agnes Dawe (22) of Redruth, son-in-law John Dawe (21) of Redruth, copper miner, granddaughter Catherine Dawe (2m) of Redruth.

Elizabeth married William SHEPHERD of Redruth Town, son of Samuel SHEPHERD and Mary THOMAS, on 8 Apr 1819 in Redruth, Cornwall. (William SHEPHERD of Redruth Town was christened on 11 Oct 1789 in Redruth, Cornwall and was buried on 3 Apr 1839 in Redruth, Cornwall.)
