In 1861, Thomas Blewett (32) of Phillack, copper miner, and wife Jane (28) of St. Hilary, were living in Churchtown, Phillack. Present was daughter Mary J. (5) of Phillack

In 1871, Thomas Blewett (42) of Phillack, labourer, one arm crippled, and wife Mary J. (41) of St. Hilary, were living in Church Town, Phillack. Present were children (born in Phillack): Mary J. (14), scholar, Louisa A. (9), scholar, Samuel T. (7), scholar, Zacharias W. (6), scholar, Edward C. (2)

In 1881, Thomas Blewett (52) of Hayle, labourer, and wife Jane (47) of Hayle, were living in Church Town, Phillack. Present were children (born in Hayle): Thomas (18), iron moulder, William (16), scholar, Charles (12), scholar, Ernest (7), scholar

In 1891, Thomas Blewett (52) [sic] of Hayle, general labourer, and wife Mary J. (58) of St. Hilary, were living in Mexico (on the Towans), Phillack. Present were sons (born in Phillack): William Z. (25), general labourer, Ernest J. (17), boilermaker
