In 1861 Ann Barrow (17) of Llanaber was working as general servant for the family of Griffith Evans, painter and glazier, in Church St., Is Mynydd.

In 1861 Anne Barrow was a witness at the marriage of her sister Laura to John Garnet.

In 1871 Ann Thorpe (28) of Barmouth Merionethshire, and husband William Thorpe (29) of Berriew Montgomeryshire, tailor, were living in Port Madoc, Ynyscynhaiarn, Caernarvonshire. Present was son Reece Barrow (6mo) of Portmadoc.
