||Ralph, Margery, Lawrence and Margaret have acknowledged the manor to be the right of John, as that which John, Roger and Walter have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed it from themselves and the heirs of Margery and Margaret to John, Roger and Walter and the heirs of John for ever.
||John, Roger and Walter have given them 100 marks of silver.
