In 1841, John Tregoning (25), wife Margret (20) and son John (1) were living with the family of Richard and Jane White in Tregilsoe, St. Hilary [Margaret's parents].

In 1851, John Tregoning (39) of Camborne, farmer of 100 acres employing 5 labourers, and wife Margret (38) of St. Hillary, were living in Rosevidney, Ludgvan. Present were children (born in Budock): John J. (11), Richard (9), Henry (7), and Emily (2) of Ludgvan, and 4 servants

John Tregonning of Rosevidney died aged 40 years (burial record).

   Marriage Information:

John married Margaret WHITE, daughter of Richard WHITE and Jane TREVENEN, on 24 Jan 1839 in St. Hilary, Cornwall. (Margaret WHITE was born in Tregillian, St. Hilary, Cornwall, christened on 21 Jun 1818 in St. Hilary, Cornwall and was buried on 29 Mar 1886 in Ludgvan, Cornwall.)
