In the name of God Amen I John Andrew of the parish of Saint Andrews Yeoman do make my Last Will and Testament in manner following: That is to say
I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth the sum of one shilling.
I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann the sum one pound.
I also give and bequeath unto my Son John the Like Sum of one pound.
I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susan the sum of two pound.
I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the sum of one pound.
I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret the sum of one Shilling.
I also give and bequeath unto my Son William the sum of Fifteen pound.
I also give and bequeath unto my son Thomas the sum of Ten pound.
I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Cathrine one Bed Bedstead and Beddings and two pound in Cash.
I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane the Like one bed bedstead and bedings and two pound in Cash which several hereinbefore mentioned Legacies I direct my Executor to pay within twelve calendar month next after my Decease and Lastly I give and bequeath between my four youngest Children named Abraham James David & Hanah and Margaret my Wife the rest and residue of my personal Estate and effects and I hereby appoint Margaret my wife my sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament wilst She is on my name: otherwise I appoint my Son John Andrew to be Sole Executor in Witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament Subscribed my name and Set my Seal this fourth Day of June in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Seven.
