This was a suit in which Keith Robert Mann Hart petitioned for a decree for restitution of conjugal rights to be directed to Helen Amy Hart (formerly Robertson), to whom he was married at St. Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney, on August 19, 1922, according to the rites of the Church of England. Mr. Toose (instructed by Mr. J. W. Abigail) appeared for petitioner. A decree ordering respondent to return to petitioner within 21 days of its service upon her.
Mr. Toose (instructed by Mr. J. W. Abigail) appeared for Keith Robert Mann Hart, who asked for a divorce from Helen Amy Hart (formerly Robertson), on the ground of desertion by reason of her non-compliance with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights.
