In the name of god Amen the eight day of June 1689 According to the computation of the church of England I William Owen David of frith y brin côch in the county of Merioneth yeoman, being of perfect memory and Remembrance, praise be to god, doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in maner & forme following:

I bequeath my soul into the hands of the Almighty god my maker, hoping that through the meritorias death and passion of Jesus Christ my onely saviour and Redeemer to Recive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins; and as for my body to be buried in christian buriall att the discretion of my Executors hereafter nominated.

Item I give unto my son Harry William the sume of four pounds

Item I give unto my son John William the sume of five pounds

Item I give unto my daughter Margerett William the sume of four pounds

Item I give unto my daughter Anne William the sume of four pounds

Item I give unto my brother Robert Owen the sume of one pound

Item I appointe and ordaine my son Evan William and Jane William my wife mother to the said Evan William to be coe executors of all my goods, cattels and chattels upon condition that they will pay my debts and legacies in witness whereof I have put my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written.
