Know all men... that we Richard Roberts of of Bryn ysguboriau in the Parish of Trawsfynydd in the County of Merioneth yeoman, John Evans of Carnarvon in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, and Evan Jones of Carnarvon aforesaid, auctioneer, are holden and firmly bound... in the sum of Two Hundred Pounds...
On the Thirtieth Day of June in the Year of our Lord 1810 personally appeared Richd. Roberts and alleged that Jane Lloyd his late wife Legatee under the last Will and Testament of Gwen Griffith of Mochras in the County of Merioneth, Widow, died in the Year of our Lord 1807 intestate without leaving a Will, that he this appearer is the lawful Widower of the said deceased. Wherefore he prays that administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased be granted to him on giving the usual security.
Let Administration pass as prayed to the said Richd. Roberts, he being first personally sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs and the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to £100.
