Names his children: John, Elin, Griffith, Ann, Edmond, Edward, David, and wife Elin Jones

FOR THE EXECUTORS.

Eleanor Jones, Widow, and David Griffith, Bachelor, both of Tyddyn-du in the Parish of Llanfair in the County of Merioneth, Joint Residuary Legatees or Executors named in the last Will and Testament of the late Morris Griffith of Tyddyn-du in the said Parish of Llanfair in the said County of Merioneth in the Diocese of Bangor, Farmer, who died on the 27th day of June 1835 make oath and say that they made diligent search and due enquiry after and in respect of the personal Estate and Effects of the said deceased, in order to ascertain the full amount and value thereof. And that to the best of their knowledge and belief, the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of which the deceased died possessed within the Diocese of Bangor... are under the value of Six Hundred Pounds. And these deponents further say that the said deceased had no personal Estate and Effects at the time of his decease within any other Diocese to which these deponents need to administer.

Sworn by the said Eleanor Jones and David Griffith on the 18th day of August 1835, before me, William Williams, Surrogate. 2
